Welcome to Soul Care Foundations! 

We are excited to journey with you as we offer a new course this fall from Renovaré called "From the Inside Out".

This course continues to emphasize the caring of our souls through exploring how we are formed; soul, body and spirit. It also facilitates our being formed “from the inside out” through the work of the Holy Spirit, as we surrender and cooperate with all God is doing in our lives.

This six-week course requires no pre-requisite course completion and covers the following topics:

- What is Spiritual Formation?

- What is My Picture of God?

- What is My Picture of Myself?

- What is My Picture of the Gospel?

- How Do People Change?

- How Do I Follow Jesus?

Each of the six evening sessions features a video teaching from Carolyn Arends followed by small group time to share and pray for one another. A participants guide will be handed out each week.  

From the Inside Out is open to all campuses and will be held at Beulah’s West Campus Room 105 (17504 98a Ave NW, Edmonton, AB) on six consecutive Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, September 17 - October 22, 2026.  

Registration cost for the course is $15. Light refreshments will be provided. Childcare is also available for a small additional fee.
